1. Wide machine body and vertical column structure, casting by the best Meehanite resin sand precisely, with multiple stable artificial aging treatment, ensures good rigidity of the whole machine.
2. It adopts high precision linear guide way from Taiwan, possessing precise guidance and stability when moving, appropriate for high-speed and fast moving process.
3. It drives by straight associate precise screw mandrel. On both ends of the screw use special angle contact ball bearing, feed precision.
4. Internal-mounted constant power and torque electrical spindle is used on the machine, equipped with spindle oil cooling machine, stable and reliable operation.
5. The separated coolant tank (pump) is convenient for replacing coolant fluid.
6. The intermittent electric centralized lubrication workstation, lubricate each point in quota regularly.
7. Fully closed electric control cabinet and circular air design keeps good dustproof, coolant and ventilation.
