CNC Engraving Machine has standardization CNC function, this series of machine tools use gantry structure, and main shaft adopts high speed low torque cutting mode, tool wear and spindle bearing load is small. The machine is suitable for complicated cavity and surface processing of 2D and 3D concave and convex model, such as character, pattern and relief sculpture. Equipped with famous CNC system, the machine has a widely application with four or five axis together working. The machine is suitable for quantity production of copper product, aluminum product and steel mould.

1.Wide machine body with vertical column structure, casting by the best meehanite resin sand technology precisely ensures good rigidity of the whole machine;
2.It adopts straight, highly precise linear guideway from Taiwan, possessing very good guidance precise and stability when moving, appropriate for high-speed fast moving processing;
3.It uses direct connected precise screw mandrel. On both ends of the screw use special Angle contact ball bearing, feeding precisely;
4.Internal-mounted constant power/constant torque electrical spindle is used on the machine as well as the standard spindle oil cooler, stable and reliable running;
5.The separated coolant tank(pump) used is convenient for replacing coolant fluid;
6.The intermittent electric centralized lubrication workstation, lubricate each point in quota regularly.
7.Fully enclosed electric cabinet, supplemented by air circulation design, dustproof, cooling effect is good
